Our Mission

SDM, Inc. is focused on the Rx-to-OTC switch process.  Our goal is to help companies move switches from the conceptual stage to fully marketed OTC products.  We aim to assist companies with development from R&D pipeline evaluation to FDA approval strategies by working with manufacturers and other vendors to provide the optimal approach for winning final marketing approval of the product.

Company Profile

SDM, Inc. was founded in 1987 to provide software and management consulting to the pharmaceutical industry.  In 1991 the software business was purchased from SDM, thus leaving us focused solely on consulting.  At that time, we began the development of The Delphi Oracle Rx-to-OTC Simulation ™ which is still used by SDM to forecast switch sales.  From 1992 to the present, Rx-to-OTC switch has been the major focus of our work along with a significant level of activity in the generics field.
